Our first drumming circle with our own shamanic teacher, the wonderful Teresa - Hollow Bone Woman
And you don’t even need a drum - you can tap, hun sing or make your own shaker out of a water bottle with some rice or pasta inside.
Come and submerge yourself in this wonderful hour of music.
